- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures, standards, and processes within warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
- Monitor operational processes to identify quality gaps, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare audit reports, track findings, and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
- Review and update SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and quality-related documents.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Support the HSE department in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies across warehouse operations.
- Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and compliance issues.
- Assist in incident, near-miss, and accident investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, emergency response plans, and safe work practices.
- Participate in HSE training programs, awareness sessions, and safety campaigns.
- Monitor inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify operational risks affecting product handling, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform inspections related to housekeeping, storage conditions, equipment handling, and workplace organization.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, audit findings, and compliance documentation.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality and HSE performance reports.
- Track quality KPIs, trends, and improvement actions.
- Support external audits, customer audits, and certification activities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and HSE teams to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Provide recommendations for improving safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Perform other duties related to quality and HSE as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
