- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within SLA.
- Lead and manage pickers, packers, and inventory staff.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational targets.
- Monitor order queues and prioritize urgent orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Manage stock replenishment and product availability.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment rate, and productivity.
- Prepare daily operational and performance reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Handle customer fulfillment issues and operational escalations.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Support onboarding of new employees.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Minimize stock loss, damage, and shrinkage.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the facility.
- Support peak-demand periods, promotions, and special operational projects.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
- Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
