Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Food Quality Supervisor to monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards across restaurant operations.
The candidate will ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintain product consistency, and support operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities (RR)
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations
- Conduct routine kitchen and storage inspections
- Implement HACCP and food safety procedures
- Check food handling, storage, and cleanliness standards
- Report quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Train staff on hygiene and quality procedures
- Maintain quality control records and reports
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with municipality and health authority requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality quality control
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
