Oversees daily operations across hotel restaurants, banquets, room service, and other outlets.
Leads service team members to deliver guest experiences consistent with five-star luxury standards.
Contributes to revenue goals and cost control while maintaining service quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Operations and team leadership
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and banquet teams, during shifts.
- Train and motivate new team members and ensure they feel welcome.
- Coordinate smooth operations, shift handovers, and communication with the kitchen and other departments.
- Plan service preparations, including table setup and polishing cutlery.
- Manage stock and supplies, order in time, and monitor operating supplies and equipment.
- Control costs through stock rotation, ordering, forecasting, workload management, and waste reduction with the F&B Manager.
- Drive revenue through upselling programs and ensure staff know F&B products.
Service, standards, and controls
- Complete reports, shift checklists, and outlet closure paperwork.
- Prevent, investigate, and recover from guest complaints; anticipate guest needs and support satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent service in line with brand SOPs and service culture.
- Ensure compliance with health, security, fire, food-safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Ensure correct cash and credit-card handling and secure outlet opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain staff punctuality, professional conduct, appearance, and grooming.
Requirements
- Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and efficiency in line with five-star luxury standards and brand procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, security, and fire regulations and company standards.
- Follow company procedures for cash and credit card handling and outlet opening and closing security.
- Ensure team members maintain appropriate appearance, grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct.
