About the Job
We are building a Food & Beverage Services Talent Pool across Dubai Holding hospitality assets in Dubai.
This talent pool will be used to support future hiring needs within our front-of-house F&B operations.
As suitable opportunities become available, shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
We are currently considering profiles for roles such as:
• Host / Hostess
- (Senior) Bartender
- Team Leader
- The main duties and responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality, personalised service to guests in line with brand and service standards
- Anticipating guest needs and responding professionally to requests and inquiries
- Supporting daily outlet operations and coordinating with team members and other departments
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in guest-facing areas
- Contributing to a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a positive guest experience
- About you:
- The ideal candidates for these positions will have:
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong communication and guest interaction skills
- Second language would be preferred (Spanish, French, Italian, Arabic, Russian)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for hospitality
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
