1. Customer Service & Guest Experience
- Greet and engage guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide detailed recommendations on menu items, beverages, and pairings.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Ensure a memorable dining experience that meets brand standards.
2. Food & Beverage Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
- Recommend wine, cocktails, or beverage pairings when appropriate.
- Stay updated on food trends, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
3. Service & Operations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow proper serving techniques and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment.
4. Quality & Compliance
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP standards).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Monitor product quality and report inconsistencies.
5. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management.
- Support team members during busy periods.
