About The Role
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team.
As an FOH staff member, for cafe, you will be the face of our establishment — welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Handle cash and card payments as needed.
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
