Flutter Developer

Role Overview

Application Development

• Design and build cross-platform applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement maintainable and scalable architectures using state management solutions.
• Translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces with smooth animations.

Integration and Performance

• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party SDKs.
• Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and application crashes.
• Write clean, readable, and testable code.

Testing and Deployment

• Create unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Manage end-to-end deployment and app maintenance on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Collaboration

• Work with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-ready apps with Flutter and Dart.
• Three to four years of total mobile development experience and strong knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems.
• Experience using Method Channels with native iOS or Android APIs.
• Mastery of at least one major state management library, including BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider.
• Proficiency with local databases or caching mechanisms including SQLite, Hive, Isar, or Shared Preferences.
• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Understanding of automated Flutter testing practices.
• Completed graduation in a relevant field.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹35,000 to ₹55,000 per month.
