- Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of MEP systems across multiple properties.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and building management systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of works.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotels, high-rise buildings, and other managed properties to identify operational issues and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-effective and energy-efficient solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Review technical reports, maintenance logs, and inspection records.
- Assist in preparing annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenses.
- Handle emergency maintenance situations and ensure minimum downtime of critical systems.
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure work quality meets company standards.
- Support fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment projects related to MEP systems.
- Maintain asset records, equipment warranties, and service schedules.
- Coordinate with property management teams and tenants regarding MEP-related issues and resolutions.
