About This Role

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and experienced florist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating stunning floral arrangements that delight our clients and customers. You will use your artistic skills to prepare bouquets and arrangements for various occasions, including events, ensuring customer satisfaction with every creation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure adequate availability of high-quality flowers to meet daily sales and customer needs.
• Oversee the visual display of flowers, creating an inviting and aesthetic atmosphere in the shop.
• Handle requests for pre-designed arrangements and custom orders, tailoring each to customer specifications.
• Advise customers on costs, color selections, care instructions, vase choices, and bloom longevity.
• Manage direct walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online requests efficiently and courteously.
• Create floral décor and assist with floral installations for hotels, lobbies, and events as specified by the company.
• Collaborate with the team to support floral arrangements for weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.
• Work with the social media team to create content showcasing floral creations and promoting the brand.
• Ensure flowers are properly arranged, wrapped, or accompanied by a note as required.
• Use creativity in selecting and cutting flowers to produce visually appealing arrangements that arrive safely and remain beautiful.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.
