The Florist role is based at the Business Bay, Dubai location.
The role serves walk-in customers, corporate accounts, and same-day delivery orders.
Responsibilities
- Design and arrange fresh flower bouquets, centerpieces, and gift baskets for orders and display.
- Advise walk-in and phone customers on flower selection, occasions, and care.
- Prepare orders accurately and on time for same-day delivery and pickup.
- Maintain the freshness, condition, and presentation of flower stock and the shop display.
- Process incoming flower deliveries, condition stems, and manage inventory.
- Handle special orders for weddings, corporate events, and holidays.
- Keep the workstation and cold storage clean and organized.
- Operate the POS system and assist with basic sales transactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a florist or in a flower shop is preferred.
- Strong sense of design, color, and composition.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
