Role Overview
Presentail is hiring a Florist for its Business Bay, Dubai location.
The role creates floral arrangements for walk-in customers, corporate accounts, and same-day delivery orders.
Responsibilities
- Design and arrange fresh flower bouquets, centerpieces, and gift baskets for orders and display.
- Advise walk-in and phone customers on flower selection, occasions, and care.
- Prepare orders accurately and on time for same-day delivery and pickup.
- Maintain flower stock, shop displays, workstation, and cold storage.
- Process flower deliveries, condition stems, and manage inventory.
- Handle wedding, corporate event, and holiday orders.
- Operate the POS system and assist with basic sales transactions.
Requirements
- Previous florist or flower shop experience is preferred.
- Strong sense of design, color, and composition.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
