Job purpose
Create flower arrangements and bouquets for different occasions that meet customer preferences.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate flower availability for daily sales and customer needs, and maintain visual displays.
- Handle predesigned arrangements, custom orders, and walk-in, phone, and online requests.
- Advise customers on cost, color, care, vases, and bloom longevity.
- Create floral décor and lead installations for hotels, lobbies, and other specified locations, following customer standing orders.
- Wrap flowers or attach notes as required.
- Select and cut flowers creatively to produce attractive arrangements that travel safely and remain beautiful.
- Support store sales and service goals and standards, and perform other assigned duties.
Experience requirement
- Five years of florist experience is required.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 3,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
