Role purpose
Use artistic skills to arrange flowers and prepare bouquets for different occasions, meeting customer preferences.
Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate flower availability for daily sales and customer needs.
- Create and maintain flower displays; handle predesigned arrangements and custom orders.
- Advise customers on cost, color, care, vases, and bloom longevity.
- Manage walk-in, phone, and online requests.
- Create floral decor and lead installations for hotels, lobbies, and other specified locations.
- Wrap flowers or attach notes when required.
- Select and cut flowers for attractive arrangements that travel safely and remain beautiful.
- Support store sales and service goals; perform other assigned duties.
Experience
- At least 4 years of experience as a florist is required.
Location and work arrangement
- The job is located in Dubai.
- Work location is in person.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is AED 2,700–4,000 per month.
- Shared bachelor accommodation and transportation are provided free.
