Florist role creating floral arrangements and custom orders while independently handling flower-store operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare bouquets, arrangements, and custom orders for walk-in, online, and event clients.
- Manage store opening, closing, and day-to-day operations independently.
- Maintain window and in-store displays.
- Receive and care for flowers and plants to maximize freshness and minimize waste.
- Monitor stock, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Serve customers, take orders, handle sales, and operate the cash register.
- Keep the store, workstation, and tools clean and organized.
- Report daily sales and stock updates to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a florist; UAE experience is an advantage.
- Able to handle a flower store independently.
- Creativity and an eye for colour, design, and current floral trends.
- Knowledge of flower and plant varieties, handling, and care.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude and good communication skills in English.
- Basic sales, cash-handling, and stock-keeping skills.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
