Support daily floral production, maintain design standards, execute custom orders, and assist the Head Florist in leading the florist team.
Produce premium arrangements, guide junior florists, manage workflow during peak hours, and uphold OPUS presentation standards.
Floral design and production
- Create premium bouquets and arrangements according to brand standards and execute custom and VIP orders.
- Maintain consistency in size, color balance, and finishing; support seasonal collections and new bouquet designs.
- Perform final quality checks before dispatch when assigned.
Flower care and team support
- Inspect flowers daily, apply FIFO rotation, ensure correct hydration and storage temperature, and remove damaged stock.
- Guide junior florists, allocate busy-period tasks, support new-staff training, and act as lead when the Head Florist is absent.
Orders, inventory, and presentation
- Coordinate order details with Sales Representatives, prioritize urgent and delivery orders, verify selections and message cards, and meet production timelines.
- Monitor flower usage, report shortages, support stock counts, control wastage, and maintain tools and workstations.
- Assist with showroom displays, bouquet presentation, festive décor, and retail setups.
Safety and compliance
- Follow hygiene procedures, maintain a clean workstation, use tools safely, dispose of waste correctly, and comply with food and retail safety standards.
Tools and technology
- Floral cutters, wires, and foam.
- Cold storage units, inventory tracking sheets, and design reference boards.
Pay
- AED 2,500–5,000 per month.
