Oversee the operations of My Clinic floors to ensure efficient and quality patient care.
Ensure the smooth functioning of clinical operations and the provision of top-notch patient care.
Technical responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations on My Clinic floors.
- Manage staff and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
- Oversee patient care and ensure satisfaction.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of healthcare staff and professionals.
- Implement policies and protocols to improve patient care quality.
- Coordinate patient care services and manage resources efficiently.
- Address patient concerns and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Maintain accurate records of healthcare practices and patient care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Administrative responsibilities
- Set and approve performance goals for team members and manage their annual performance evaluation.
- Monitor subordinates' performance and distribute daily tasks.
- Determine the manpower requirements of the section in accordance with My Clinic policies.
- Identify annual training needs for subordinates and evaluate the effectiveness of provided courses.
- Manage administrative requests of team members such as vacations and departures.
Education and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field such as nursing, health care administration or public health, or any related field; MHA is preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of experience within a related field.
- Professional certification: CPXP.
