About the opportunity

Key responsibilities

• Discover requirements with stakeholders and define functional and technical solution designs.
• Lead AI-assisted development and review, test, validate, and optimize generated solutions.
• Develop and support Power Automate Cloud Flows and solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Design Dataverse models, tables, relationships, security models, and governance controls.
• Troubleshoot flows, Dataverse environments, application logic, and integrations.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft technologies and external services using RESTful APIs; use JSON and related data structures.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and manage project deliverables using Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment.

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years working with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, and Dataverse.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Automate workflow architecture, exception handling, monitoring, governance, and performance optimization.
• Strong Dataverse architecture knowledge, including table design, relationships, security, business rules, and solution lifecycle management.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs, collaborating with business stakeholders, using AI-assisted development tools, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of JSON, modern data exchange, business process automation, solution architecture, and low-code platforms.
