Job Description Summary
· Responsible for managing fleet maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining compliance, service quality, and budget control.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Ensure safe and continuous fleet operations.
· Schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.
· Maintain repair and maintenance records.
· Manage accident and breakdown response.
· Coordinate with vendors and workshops.
· Monitor fuel consumption and tire performance.
· Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.
Required Experience
· Minimum 5 years of fleet management or supervisory experience.
· Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, logistics, and safety regulations.
Key Skills
· Leadership and supervisory skills.
· Vehicle maintenance knowledge.
· MS Office and fleet software proficiency.
· Communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications & Training
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Logistics, or related field.
