Job Description
We are looking for a **Fleet Operations Administrator** to manage and support daily fleet operations.
The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining vehicle records, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring all fleet documentation is up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update fleet documentation (registration, insurance, permits)
- Monitor vehicle usage and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Assist in tracking vehicle availability and allocation
- Coordinate with drivers and operations team
- Ensure compliance with company and local regulations
- Handle basic reporting and data entry tasks
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of fleet or transport operations (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary
per month QAR 2500.
