WE ARE HIRING – FLEET COORDINATOR (ABU DHABI)
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Fleet Coordinator to manage and scale operations in Abu Dhabi. If you have a strong background in handling delivery projects and manpower, this is your opportunity to grow with one of the fastest-growing logistics companies in the UAE.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Position: Fleet Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and hire riders and drivers to meet operational targets
- Handle day-to-day fleet operations and ensure optimal manpower utilization
- Manage and coordinate projects such as Noon Food, Keeta, Carrefour, etc.
- Monitor performance, attendance, and compliance of Delivery Associates (DAs)
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and maintain service standards
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet or logistics operations
- Proven experience handling major delivery platforms (Noon, Keeta, Carrefour, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
