We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving maintenance requests, managing the fleet and related correspondence, tracking vehicles, and analyzing their performance. This role requires a strong understanding of professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Receiving maintenance requests and managing the fleet and related correspondence.
• Correspondence with leasing companies and maintenance personnel.
• Tracking vehicles and analyzing their performance.
Qualifications
• Diploma or higher in engines and vehicles or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in process analysis, quality assurance, or complex problem-solving.
Skills
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flexible working hours.
