- محاسب أصول ثابتة (Fixed Asset Accountant) سعودي الجنسية
- المؤهل العلمي:
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو أي تخصص ذو صلة.
- الخبرات المطلوبة:
- يفضل خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة أو الأصول الثابتة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع الفنادق أو الضيافة.
- الهدف الوظيفي:
- المسؤولية عن إدارة ومتابعة الأصول الثابتة للشركة والتأكد من تسجيلها وتصنيفها وإهلاكها بشكل صحيح وفق السياسات المالية والمعايير المحاسبية المعتمدة، مع ضمان دقة السجلات وحماية أصول الشركة.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تسجيل الأصول الثابتة الجديدة وإضافتها إلى النظام المحاسبي.
- متابعة عمليات شراء ونقل واستبعاد الأصول الثابتة.
- إعداد وحساب الإهلاك الشهري للأصول وفق السياسات المعتمدة.
- مطابقة سجلات الأصول مع الواقع الفعلي وإجراء الجرد الدوري.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن الأصول الثابتة وحركتها.
- التأكد من وجود الترقيم والتكويد الصحيح لجميع الأصول.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة فيما يخص استلام وتسليم الأصول.
- مراجعة فواتير شراء الأصول والتأكد من صحة التصنيف المحاسبي.
- المساهمة في أعمال الإقفال المالي الشهري والسنوي.
- المحافظة على ملفات وسجلات الأصول وتحديثها بشكل مستمر.
- الالتزام بالسياسات والإجراءات المالية المعتمدة بالشركة.
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- معرفة جيدة بالمعايير المحاسبية المتعلقة بالأصول الثابتة.
- إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة وMicrosoft Excel.
- مهارات تنظيمية عالية ودقة في العمل.
- القدرة على إعداد التقارير وتحليل البيانات.
- مهارات تواصل والعمل ضمن فريق.
- القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل والالتزام بالمواعيد.

Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or fixed assets accounting preferred.
- Previous hospitality or hotel industry experience is an advantage.
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing and monitoring the company’s fixed assets and ensuring accurate recording, classification, depreciation, and reporting in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Record newly acquired fixed assets in the accounting system.
- Monitor asset additions, transfers, and disposals.
- Calculate and process monthly depreciation entries.
- Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of assets.
- Prepare periodic fixed asset reports and schedules.
- Ensure all assets are properly tagged and coded.
- Coordinate with departments regarding asset issuance and transfers.
- Review asset purchase invoices and verify proper accounting classification.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain and update fixed asset records and documentation.
- Comply with company financial policies and procedures.
