Fitness Trainer
About This Role
We are looking for a high-performance Fitness Trainer to join our premier facility in Al Ain. This role is for a dedicated professional who is passionate about body transformations, expert coaching, and delivering an elite member experience. You will be responsible for leading the gym floor with technical precision and high energy.
Core Responsibilities
- Personal Training: Develop and implement bespoke 1-on-1 programs tailored to specific client goals and weight-loss journeys.
- Client Success: Conduct fitness assessments and provide expert nutritional guidance to ensure measurable, sustainable results.
- Member Engagement: Maintain a professional presence, offering form correction, motivation, and elite customer service.
- Facility Excellence: Ensure the training environment meets the highest standards of safety and organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional fitness coaching experience within the UAE.
- Accreditation: Must hold a Level 3 Fitness Certification (REPs UAE or equivalent).
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and diverse workout modalities.
- Professionalism: A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a focus on member retention.
