Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and professional **Male Fitness Trainer** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong fitness background, and the ability to motivate and guide members toward achieving their health and fitness goals.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a fitness club or gym environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout programs for members.
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure member safety at all times.
- Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans.
- Promote and sell personal training packages and gym services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and training areas.
- Assist members with equipment usage and answer fitness-related inquiries.
- Stay updated with current fitness trends, techniques, and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with gym policies, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Certified Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer, or equivalent fitness qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a gym, fitness center, or health club.
- Strong knowledge of strength training, weight management, functional training, and nutrition basics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve personal training targets.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in premium gyms or fitness clubs.
- Strong social media presence and ability to attract and retain clients.
- Experience conducting group classes is an added advantage.
