Volt Fitness seeks a trainer with personal training and sales experience to work in its gym.
The posting states a requirement of 4 to 5 years of experience in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and create tailored workout programs.
- Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions.
- Promote and sell gym memberships and fitness packages.
- Build and maintain member relationships to support customer satisfaction.
- Track and achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Motivate and support clients in achieving fitness goals.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies for membership sales.
Qualifications
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in the UAE.
- Proven fitness training and personal coaching experience.
- Strong sales background; fitness or health-related experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Recognized fitness training certification.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
