At **EMD Fitness**, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Fitness Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional experience for our members.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the gym.
- Manage and lead the team of trainers to ensure top performance.
- Schedule training sessions and ensure adherence to fitness programs.
- Develop and improve training programs based on the latest fitness trends.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle member inquiries professionally.
- Manage the gym system (bookings, memberships, and member data).
- Handle complaints and make effective decisions.
- Plan and implement fitness programs and group classes.
- Train and onboard new staff and support their development.
- Monitor inventory of gym equipment and supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the facility.
Requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in gym management is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with gym management systems.
- Experience in inventory and operations management.
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience in management (Store Management).
- Knowledge of merchandising.
