About the Team:

You will join our Data Science Training faculty, a globally collaborative team that designs and delivers technical learning programs focused on data science, analytics, and applied quantitative skills for banks, financial institutions, corporates, regulators, and multilaterals. The team operates across in-house, virtual, and public courses, with high visibility across client engagements and a strong focus on practical, market-relevant learning solutions.

How You ll Make an Impact:

• Design and deliver high-quality training programs in data science, analytics, and related technical subject areas for corporate and professional learners.
• Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, practical exercises, case studies, assessments, and supporting resources.
• Deliver training across multiple formats, including virtual, in-person, and blended learning environments.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, and accessible learning experiences for varied audiences.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of Fitch Learning s data science curriculum and broader technical training portfolio.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including product, sales, and client-facing teams, to support tailored learning solutions for clients.
• Stay current on trends and developments in data science, analytics, machine learning, and learning design to ensure content remains relevant and market aligned.
• Use learner and client feedback to continuously improve training quality, learner engagement, and program outcomes.
• Support business development efforts, where appropriate, by contributing subject matter expertise to proposals, pitches, and client discussions.
