We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Joinery and Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee site activities and ensure the successful execution of interior fit-out and joinery projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, coordinating with project teams, monitoring workmanship, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily joinery and fit-out activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively.
- Track project progress and report site updates to management.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain proper documentation.
- Support project handover and rectification activities when required.
- Job requirements
- To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery works, fit-out materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Good leadership and team supervision skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
