Administrative Assistant

- Job requirements
- Proven experience in Administration or Office Support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and organize filing systems.
- Coordinate office supplies and administrative activities.
- Provide support to management and various departments.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
