The Fit-Out Site Engineer manages construction site delivery, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, quality, and timely completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage the site, supervise contractors and workers, and interpret technical drawings.
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment use; manage project budgets, timelines, and milestones.
- Ensure quality standards, resolve site issues, communicate with stakeholders, and conduct site surveys.
- Provide reports to senior management.
Qualifications and requirements
- Fit-out experience is required, along with relevant construction or engineering experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
- Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, safety regulations, construction codes, AutoCAD, and BIM is required.
- Leadership, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organization skills are required.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license may be required.
