Overview

We are

Urgently

looking for a highly

organized and proactive Project Engineer

to support our design and project teams in delivering interior fit-out projects.

The candidate will coordinate between

design, site, procurement, and client teams

to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities 📌

🔹 Coordinate with the design team, procurement, project managers, and site team for seamless project execution

🔹 Review and monitor

shop drawings, joinery drawings, and technical drawings

🔹 Ensure drawings align with

design intent, specifications, and site conditions

🔹 Liaise with the procurement team regarding

materials, finishes, and approvals

🔹 Track

material submissions, samples, and approvals

from consultants/clients

🔹 Assist in preparing

project schedules and progress reports

🔹 Coordinate with project engineer, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure work progress aligns with project plans

🔹 Monitor

material delivery and installation timelines

🔹 Maintain comprehensive

project documentation

, including drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and approvals

🔹 Support the project manager in resolving

technical or coordination issues

🔹 Attend project meetings and record

Requirements ✅

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in

Civil Engineering

Architecture

🏗 Minimum
5 years of UAE experience
in interior fit-out projects
🖊 Strong knowledge of
shop drawings, joinery drawings, and interior detailing
🔍 Demonstrates
keen attention to detail
when reviewing technical drawings, project documents, and coordination requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance
💻 Proficiency in

Autocad

and

Ms Office

(knowledge of other project management tools is a plus)
🗣 Excellent
communication and coordination skills
⏱ Ability to
manage multiple tasks and deadlines
efficiently
