Qualifications

• Strong estimation and quantity surveying skills for interior fit-out projects, including cost planning, quantity take-offs, and pricing.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Experience in tendering, bid preparation, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, finishes, and materials commonly used in high-end interiors.
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Familiarity with estimation and QS software, spreadsheets, and project documentation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in interior fit-out estimation or QS roles in the UAE is preferred.
• Knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and fit-out cost benchmarks in Dubai is an advantage.
