Overview
- Responsible for estimation, tendering, and design coordination for Fit-Out, Furniture, Joinery, and FM projects.
- The role includes cost planning, BOQ preparation, technical drawings, 3D design, and budget monitoring.
- Analyze drawings and tender documents to prepare BOQs and cost estimates
- Prepare pricing for fit-out, joinery, furniture, and FM projects
- Create shop drawings, joinery drawings, RCPs, floor plans & as-built drawings
- Develop 3D designs as per client requirements
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Support FM AMC estimation -manpower, materials, equipment costing
- Prepare variation orders, final accounts, and cost reports
- Conduct site visits for measurements and verification
