- Job Title: Country Sales Manager Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Estimated Salary: SAR 25,000 - 30,000 per month + Medical insurance + Performance Bonus (discretionary) About the opportunity: A multinational company into industrial and home use heating products are seeking a results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead and grow its business in Saudi Arabia.
- This role will take full ownership of sales performance, market development, and key customer relationships in KSA, whilst managing the distribution network to increase sales growth.
- Required Profile:
- Proven experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management / Country Leadership roles
- Strong understanding of the KSA market and business environment
- Experience working within a multinational organization
- Background in project sales and distributor management
- Preferred industry exposure: water heating, HVAC, pumps, power tools, or white goods
- Existing relationships with key distributors in KSA is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across project and wholesale channels
- Develop and execute market strategy and business plans for KSA
- Manage key distributor relationships
- Build strong networks with contractors, consultants, and developers
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and achieve revenue targets
- Oversee P&L and ensure operational performance
- Lead a small local team
- Support after-sales service operations
- Represent the business with senior stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations to internal management on sales progress
