The employer is seeking experienced and hardworking Fish Cutting Staff for its food production team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Clean, scale, gut, and cut different types of fish according to company requirements.
- Prepare fish for cooking, portioning, and bulk food orders.
- Handle knives and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
- Prepare fish according to required sizes and portions.
- Keep the fish preparation area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Store and handle fresh and frozen fish properly.
- Minimize wastage during fish preparation.
- Follow daily production schedules and kitchen supervisor instructions.
- Work efficiently in a busy kitchen and food production environment.
Requirements
- Previous fish cutting or fish preparation experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of different types of fish and cutting methods.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Good knife-handling skills.
- Physical fitness for extended periods of work.
- Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
- Restaurant, catering kitchen, or food production experience is an advantage.
- The role is performed in person.
- Pay is AED 1,200 to AED 1,500 per month.
