We are hiring a Fire Protection / Life Safety Engineer to join our team.
Job Title: Fire Protection & Life Safety Engineer
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting fire protection and life safety engineering activities including design review, code compliance, technical coordination, and site support for various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review fire protection and life safety designs in accordance with SBC and NFPA requirements
- Review fire alarm, firefighting, smoke management, and life safety systems
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during design and construction stages
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical calculations
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical comments/reports
- Support testing & commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with local codes and international standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Protection Engineering
- Experience in Fire Protection and Life Safety engineering
- Good knowledge of SBC, NFPA, and international fire codes
- Experience in fire alarm and firefighting systems
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Professional certifications such as CFPS or PMP are considered an advantage
