Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fire safety operations, preferably in residential property management.
- Candidates with prior residential site experience will be preferred.
- Knowledge of current fire suppression and firefighting techniques, emergency medical services principles, and fire safety regulations is essential.
- This role requires coordination with multiple teams and stakeholders. You should possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and technical troubleshooting skills. The ability to assign, monitor, and complete maintenance activities efficiently is essential.
