Finishing Works Foreman

The Role

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate finishing works including painting, flooring, tiling, and plastering to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and deadlines.
• Manage and lead finishing teams, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve set goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies on site.
• Conduct inspections and quality control to maintain high standards throughout all finishing phases.
• Prepare reports on work progress, labor needs, and materials usage.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of finishing materials as per project requirements.

Requirements

• Proven 3 Years experience as Finishing Works Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works including painting, tiling, flooring, and plastering techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse workforce.
• Good understanding of safety practices and regulations in construction environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to work in Dubai.
