Role overview

Core duties

• Meet clients, assess priorities, advise on solutions, and provide forward-looking financial plans.
• Use cash management, credit, investment, and wealth-protection knowledge to support client goals.
• Build networks, deepen relationships, and connect clients to relevant people and opportunities.
• Conduct client and community marketing outreach.
• Introduce mobile banking applications and help clients manage banking needs.

Candidate requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License in good standing, with the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada identified as the accreditation route.
• At least one year of client-facing experience with sales results.
• Prior similar banking experience is an asset.
• Flexible to work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends, and at multiple nearby centres.

Work arrangement

• The role is explicitly on-site full-time.
• Work may span multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Schedule

• Weekly hours are 37.5.
• Banking centre hours may include evenings and weekends.
