Who You Are:

  • You transform financial information into business intelligence through analysis and integration of quantitative and qualitative information. You know how businesses work and how organizations make money. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization.
  • For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant experience in lieu of education.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance business partnering, financial analysis, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, management reporting, and business performance evaluation.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong leadership skills and experience leading teams, projects, or complex planning processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate professionally and concisely with all levels of management.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Advanced business system knowledge, including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Excel, and PowerPoint; experience working with PowerBI is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and advanced analytics concepts.
