About This Role
Role : Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis
Dubai, UAE
The jobholder will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. Must have a background in budgeting, management accounting, forecasting and resource allocation and providing financial advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts and scenario analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making.
- Deliver annual analysis & budgets.
- Deliver the annual budget guidelines and calendar on a timely basis and identify financial risk related to business activities.
- Analyze financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variances.
- Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Present financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Must have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- An ACCA/ CA certification is mandatory
- Core FP&A experience of atleast 4 years in managerial position.
- Experience working in large corporate, global environments is a must.
