A well-known regional group—ranked among the top Abu Dhabi and the UAE’s most innovative real estate development players—is hiring a Financial Analyst to join its FP&A Finance team in Abu Dhabi.
Role Description
This is a role for a Financial Planning Analyst located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Financial Planning Analyst will assist in analysing financial data and analysing financial performance.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for a candidate with exceptional speed and accuracy in Excel, strong FP&A modelling skills.
Key requirements :
1. Very strong and fast Excel skills, with FP&A Level (Mandatory)
2. Proven FP&A experience within Real Estate Development Companies in the UAE (Mandatory)
3. Big 4 background (Preferred)

kindly note that all listed requirements are mandatory , and this post is for Finacial analyst working as FP&A analyst and NOT for an Accontant ))
The Candidate should be able to :
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Forecasting to help manage and monitor the organisation's financial performance reports and variance reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Financial Excel modelling to evaluate data and develop actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in financial software, mainly D365.
