Financial Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations of multiple trading companies across Asia and Europe.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial governance, internal controls, and reporting systems.
• Manage cross-border financial structures, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity financial reporting.
• Collaborate with finance teams and external advisors across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, legal consultants, and tax advisors.
• Travel internationally to review and support financial operations.

Qualifications and experience

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA.
• Proven experience managing finance functions across multiple companies or legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of international finance, cross-border transactions, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
• Experience within trading companies, multinational organizations, or holding groups is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
