Oversee financial operations for multiple companies across Asia and Europe.
The role requires international finance experience, multi-entity management, cross-jurisdictional compliance, leadership, and regular international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations of multiple trading companies across Asia and Europe.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial governance, internal controls, and reporting systems.
- Manage cross-border financial structures, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity financial reporting.
- Collaborate with finance teams and external advisors across jurisdictions.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, legal consultants, and tax advisors.
- Travel internationally regularly to review and support financial operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA.
- Proven experience managing finance functions across multiple companies or legal entities.
- Strong knowledge of international finance, cross-border transactions, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Trading company, multinational organization, or holding group experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Work Location
- Work location is in person; regular international travel is part of the role.
