The Financial Management Expert should demonstrate:

A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in financial management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects (building construction, transport, or water sectors).

Proven experience in public sector financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, and expenditure control.

Strong experience in donor-funded projects and familiarity with international financial management and reporting standards.

Demonstrated ability in financial analysis, cost control, and financial risk management for complex projects.

in preparation and review of financial reports, audits, and compliance with national regulations and international standards.

Proficiency in English language is a must.
