The candidate will be responsible for executing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across multiple industries.
The role involves detailed financial analysis, identifying key business risks, assessing earnings quality, working capital, cash flows, and supporting clients throughout transaction processes.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong analytical ability, commercial understanding, and transaction execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assignments
- Analyze historical financial statements, operational KPIs, and business performance
- Prepare quality of earnings (QoE), net debt, and normalized working capital analysis
- Identify financial, operational, and commercial risks during transactions
- Review revenue recognition, margins, cost structures, and cash flow trends
- Assist in SPA-related financial discussions and transaction support
- Prepare detailed FDD reports, presentations, and client deliverables
- Coordinate with management teams, investors, auditors, and advisors during transactions
- Support M&A and capital raise engagements where required
- Manage data rooms, information requests, and financial analysis workflows
- Mentor junior team members and support engagement execution
Requirements
- Qualified CA or ACCA
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory
- Prior experience with accounting firms, advisory firms, or transaction services teams preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements and transaction mechanics
- Experience in QoE, working capital analysis, and deal-oriented financial review
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Ability to independently manage workstreams and client interactions
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commercial mindset
- GCC transaction exposure is an advantage
