Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Deal Advisory professional to support live M&A, fundraising, valuation, and transaction advisory mandates.
The role offers significant exposure to transaction execution, financial analysis, investor engagement, and strategic advisory projects.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling expertise, and an interest in corporate finance and deal-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory engagements
- Build integrated financial models and valuation models
- Prepare teasers, CIMs, investor presentations, and pitch materials
- Conduct industry, company, and market research
- Assist in buyer and investor identification and outreach
- Manage due diligence processes and virtual data rooms
- Analyze financial statements and business performance
- Support transaction execution from mandate onboarding to closing
- Prepare management presentations and client deliverables
- Coordinate with investors, clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- CA, ACCA, or CFA qualification (or actively pursuing CFA)
- 2–5 years of experience in Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Valuation, or Deal Advisory
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent report writing and presentation capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under tight transaction timelines
- Prior exposure to M&A, fundraising, or transaction services is preferred

- Commercially driven with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about transactions and corporate finance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
