Overview
A market-leading healthcare organization in Riyadh, KSA, is seeking a seasoned
Financial Controller
to join their leadership team.
This strategic role is responsible for overseeing financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within a large-scale environment.
Core Responsibilities
- **Strategic Oversight:**
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive organizational growth.
- **Compliance & Reporting:**
- Ensure strict adherence to KSA regulations (including ZATCA, Tax, and VAT) and IFRS accounting standards (15, 16, and 9).
- **Operational Management:**
- Direct cash and treasury operations, optimize working capital, and maintain data integrity within the Oracle ERP system.
- **Audit & Control:**
- Manage internal and statutory audits while formulating robust financial policies and controls.
- **Leadership:**
- Mentor and manage the finance department to build a high-performance culture focused on problem-solving and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- 15+ years of progressive financial management experience in large-scale operations.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- **Languages:**
- Full professional proficiency in both
- Arabic and English

- **Technical Skills:**
- Advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills and extensive, hands-on expertise with
Oracle ERP

- Proven ability to lead teams, thrive in fast-paced environments, and handle complex problem-solving.
Employment Terms
- **Location:**
- Riyadh, KSA (Open to domestic and international applicants).
- **Work Schedule:**
- 5 days per week.
- **Availability:**
- Immediate or 30-day notice period preferred.
- **Flexibility:**
- Must be willing to travel or relocate within the Kingdom if required.
