Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the complete finance and accounting operations of the restaurant. Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, cash flow reports, and management reports.

- Manage and supervise the complete finance and accounting operations of the restaurant.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, cash flow reports, and management reports.
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, wastage, purchase cost, and overall restaurant expenses.
- Review sales, purchases, petty cash, supplier payments, payroll, and bank transactions.
- Ensure proper VAT filing, corporate tax compliance, and other UAE regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and management.
- Implement strong internal controls to prevent errors, misuse, wastage, and unnecessary expenses.
- Review inventory, stock movement, and cost variations regularly.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business decision-making.
- Ensure all accounting entries are accurate, timely, and properly documented.
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of finance/accounting experience in the F&B or restaurant industry**.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant costing, inventory control, purchases, payroll, VAT, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting/ERP software is preferred.
- Good understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax requirements.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and report directly to management.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification will be an advantage.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
